At Amberly Co, your satisfaction with your Grace Cross Necklace matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may return unworn, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
Condition Requirements
Because these are fine jewelry pieces, items must be returned unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, so we can verify the item hasn't been used. We're unable to accept returns of necklaces showing signs of wear for hygiene and quality-assurance reasons.
How to Start a Return
Email hello.amberlyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is free — we'll cover the cost of sending your item back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required in this case.
